DiverXO is Madrid's only three-Michelin-star restaurant. It serves only one tasting menu, a fixed multi-course meal, called La Cocina de los Cerdos Voladores for €450 per person, and it suits adventurous celebration diners rather than families, restricted eaters, or tight budgets. It sits inside the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding at Calle del Padre Damián 23 in Chamartín, after opening in Tetuán in 2007, according to the Madrid City Tourism listing. Chef Dabiz Muñoz leads a loud, theatrical mix of modern Spanish cooking with Asian influences.
